The problems are growing so fast they are overwhelming the Justice System's ability to keep these types from infecting Society.

It's getting to the point where I think I would like the island.

Ya take 10,000 of them, put them on the island, give them each a dollar, and tell them it takes 10,000 dollars to get off the island. When one is left with 10 grand, ya look him right in the eye and say, “ Sorry pal, we lied. Here are 10,000 more. Now it takes 20 grand to get off the island”.....
