Hillary Clinton and John McCain both ripped into Barack Obama Friday for reportedly saying residents of small-town America cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who arent like them out of bitterness over lost jobs, a remark his opponents interpreted as arrogant...

BINGO! Obama is a leftist and only the real lefties I know would agree with his quote. I don't see how you can run for president and say common people "cling" to religion out of "bitterness". Really extreme.

Just another reflection on a person that has absolutely no business even near the Presidency. This nut case should not even be a Senator, but as we look hard at the Congress, we find that being a nutjob is almost a requirement to be accepted in Washington.
God help America.

Ha!! About time Ubama started getting some flack from the media--
I loved Hil's response (though I've got little use for her): "Pennsylvanians dont need a president who looks down on them. They need a president who stands up for them, who fights for them, Clinton said Friday afternoon at a campaign stop in Philadelphia. She said the Pennsylvanians shes met arent bitter, but resilient and positive.
And this one: "McCain adviser Steve Schmidt called Obamas statement remarkable and extremely revealing.
It shows an elitism and condescension towards hardworking Americans that is nothing short of breathtaking, Schmidt said. It is hard to imagine someone running for president of the United States who is more out of touch with average Americans.
Schmidt also said it shows Obama views the people hes trying to relate to with contempt. "
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!! Ubama, you are going down!! Just like a 'typical' elitist socialist! :-)

Okay, putting political hyperbole aside, this guy honestly scares me. How this guy, so far off the charts, can be a serious contender for the presidency of the United States demonstrates to me how far we have fallen as a nation community.
I believe that outrageous statements like these are likely the tip of the iceberg of what lies in his heart. Further, it clearly demonstrates to me that he really is not philosophically different than Jeremiah Wright. This guy is very scary indeed. That he would be considered presidential material is even more frightening.

If Osama wins the nomination, McCain better make good use of this statement and others like it and hold his pathetic, racist, head under the water with it until the bubbles stop. Just when you think he cannot show how absolutely blinded with hate and racism he is, he comes up with crap like this.

This nut case should not even be a Senator ... It is a majority of the voters in Illinois who are the problem. That state's other senator stated that our troops are like the Nazis, Stalin and Pol Pot. These 2 jerks are just a reflection of the people of the state.

He really pooped in the punchbowl this time - I love it! Gives me faith that more and more, his REAL beliefs and values will be revealed before it’s too late, ala this latest gaffe. Once again his camp issued a lame statement that only tried to change the subject. And they claimed none of them had yet “heard the tape”. Come on. Don’t think he can easily wiggle out of this one, and the timing couldn’t have been better. “Small town America” makes up the heart and majority of this country, not the wine & cheese, latte-land elites such as those flush Californians to whom he pontificated.

it clearly demonstrates to me that he really is not philosophically different than Jeremiah WrightIndeed. In his book he states he hung out with "marxist professors, structural feminists, and student activists" while in college. He has no problem with anything Wright ever said. Neither does his snot-nosed wife. You are right to be alert to this guy, he is not a good person, but rather a malignant force, hostile to the freedoms Americans take for granted.

I’m not so sure. I know a lot of extremely damning things about Obama. When I share this information with my moderate and liberal friends and family members, they always make excuses for the man and say they will vote for him anyway. This is pretty extreme devotion when you consider that they can still switch their vote to Hillary. Will America snap out of it? I’m not so sure at this point. Of course, it doesn’t help that we have a RHINO running on the Republican ticket. God help America! (and I mean that quite literally)—GGG

Oh, I don't know, I think 4 years of an Obamanation would do wonders to wake up dumb white liberals who've long felt burdened by a past they didn't create for people they didn't know or encounter. They would wake up to find that selling a victim mentality to attain political power and agreeing that they are “the oppressor” won't earn them any love.
Let the white liberals experience naked discrimination (payback for the “white privilege” they agree exists). It's only “fair”.
How much will the reparations be that we get for 4 years of Obama and Co. discriminating?
They are establishing racial division where it did not exist. They are setting the foundation for an "us and them" mentality. God help us all.
