Minority Report- Not a bad flick really.
I suppose it’s only a matter of time until you can get arrested for thinking. Orwell should be required reading for everyone.

Uh. . .what? I love little kids. I often watch them in restaurants, etc just because they are so darned cute (and I have no grandchildren of my own to fawn over yet). I guess I'm a criminal, according to Maine.

Sheesh.

It is things like this about society that creep me out sometimes.

thanks and yes wasn’t a bad flick at all. should make people stop and think about what is happening. i read an editorial last year that said our gov’t is quietly passing new laws each day that most of us know nothing about and therefore on a daily basis we are breaking them. it is just a matter of time before we all have some type of criminal record and are in the system. he called it criminalizing america. wake up people before it is too late is all i have to say.

That’s the idea... make criminals of us all.

Obviously, we can’t be trusted.

This case has gone before the Taliban Supreme Court and was upheld unanimously. Case closed.

This year I’m doing a daily photo blog where I take and post at least one picture every day of the year (FR mail me if you’d like the URL). Last week when I left work I noticed a young girl doing flips on a trampoline, maybe 10 or so years old. I thought that would make a neat photo.

So, I went up to the porch of the house and asked the man there (who I turned out to be her father) if he minded if I took a picture of his daughter. After a quick explanation of who I was it was not much to my surprise that he said he’d rather I didn’t.

I didn’t think much of it but it bothered me for a while that it has come to this. It is just assumed that I am up to no good when I’m a male adult and children are involved. Really is a shame... (and I bet I would’ve got some great pictures, too!)

Isn't this the same state where a school district voted to distribute birth control pills to girls as young as 11 and 12 years old?

Well, since the ACLU is supporting NAMBLA, it should be a shoo-in for them to fight this law. Notice I said “should”.

If this law passes constitutional muster, then would they kids have to be banned from wearing tight and skimpy clothing? Of course not. They’d basically become the modern-day Hitler Youth.
