Liberal policies allowed this to happen. Liberal policies can’t solve it.

That is just the Division I playoffs. There is also strong competition for the small Division IA cities like Camden, Newark, Gary and others.

"Obviously! If they would just declare Chicago a gun-free zone, all the problems would go away! It’s worked for DC!"

What's ironic about your comment is that Libcago is ALREADY a gun-free zone...

And you’ll NEVER get lefties to admit that it is their policies that cause the worsening of the problem that they try to solve.

I’ve actually engaged a libcagoan on this issue, she stated flatly that if the surrounding areas also had a gun ban, that the Chicago gun ban would work to reduce gun crime.

“Do you think we’re headed for riots this summer? If Hillary grabs the nomination, I believe there will be several.”

Undoubtedly. They would have the potential to dwarf the “civil rights” riots of the late 1960s.

The racial chip on the shoulder and entitlement mentality has never been stronger.

Shall we discuss the causes for that?

-this is a tacit admission that something happened. mentioning the fact the LAF hardly ever fires on the IAF to me speaks volumes.

Liberals love to dictate living conditions for others. She doesn't live there, none of her business. And there's no data anywhere to support that contension.

The idea that a violent felon will commit an additional felony today by carrying a handgun, but won't if they're illegal in a neighboring town is absurd. Of course the intent is absurd, the intent is that the neighboring town becomes the neighboring county, then state.

Naturally criminals will still have firearms, they're criminals after all.

With this increasing death toll, I think we should consider whether it’s more important to pull out of Iraq or Chicago.

So the obvious action to take is to ban guns, right?

All the news coverage conveniently forgets to mention that Chicago is right up there with DC and has extremely tough gun laws. If you aren't solidly wired into City Hall, you have ZERO chance of getting a carry permit.

Actually Illinois and Wisconsin are about the last holdout states on the CCW issue. In Wisconsin's case. it isn't for lack of trying. The second last try failed by two votes to overcome "Diamond Jim's" veto. The last attempt failed by one vote. Three is the charm!

GtG

That’s about an average weekend in Chicago.

Used to be worse before they started tearing down public housing.

another report I read had quotes from city leaders saying that it’s due to so many gang’s senior leaders being in jail and therefore the gangs were without leadership.

I kid you not.

Sounds like the same leftist argument for keeping Saddam in power.
