Were they commenting on the same speech? Rev. Jeremiah Wright goes before the Detroit NAACP, claims that black and white children learn with different parts of their brain, and offers a simpering, unflattering imitation of the way white pastors speak. CNN's Soledad O'Brien gushes that the speech was a "home run" and "really funny." But over at Morning Joe, Wright's words prompted a panel member to call the reverend a "mediocrity" and a "buffoon."

OK, the over/under on whether he actually paid for that watch is about 2.
Run Rev Run. The more we see of Michelle and the Rev the more people are going to realize how close to Jimmie Carter, Obama really is. However, Obama doesn’t even have executive experience, just Marxist Doctrine.
That’s my take, he’s pro segregation.
(Left and right brain schools ... LOL)
And so is his protege, Baraq Hussein.
What a weekend to kick off the right racist reverend’s rehabilitation comeback tour ... and so nice of the brain trust - Soledad O’Brien - at CNN to give it rave reviews.
LOL ... no wonder she and Miles got the boot from anchoring.
No bet. A “gift” from grateful parishioners.
Yup, yup!
B Hussein throws his white family “under the bus”, and Rev Wright wants white people “in the back of the bus”.
Love it. My new phrase is in my tag line but here it is...crazy uncle Jerry.
Wonder if the FBI will discover that Wright has a slew of white wummen that he had affairs with and how many he knocked up and left just like B.O.’s daddy did.
It will be interesting to compare the Wright speech today at the National Press Club to yesterday's speech in Detroit. I wonder if he will change his delivery and pronunciation along with the substance. In any event, he is hawking a book, which is part of the reason for the current tour, along with trying to reshape his image to help Obama.
I’m sure there are many skeletons in Wright’s closet.
MCCain said to STOP picking on Rev Wright, he says you are racists for dwelling on this subject.
But, but, but doncha know he’s a linguist. I know, cuz I heard it on CNN last night a bunch of times so it must be true. Also, 2 masters and a PhD.
Since when is ebonics and its various dialects considered as distinct languages?
Live on CNN, Rev Wright just said any criticism of his words are criticism of the Black Church. Next, Rev Wright will feed all at the National Press Club with 5 barley loaves and two fish.
Referring to Rv Wright as a buffoon makes light of the man. There is nothing to make light of. This is a man with a serious hate-on. And for 20 years he was mentor to a Presidential Candidate hopeful.
The NAACP is by association also hate-filled. Every time I see a photo of Rev Wright I think "halitosis"; the kind which comes from a sick soul. Sulphur, as Hugo Chavez might say.
Rev Wright and those who think like he does deserve to be shunned, condemned by any civil society.
His puny ugly soul is the icon of the hateful black racialists here and internationally. But of course, racialist blacks don't get it: They are just like him.
Writing him off as a mere quack, a buffoon, protects bigots like Rev Wright.
In the name of all that is equal, he should be forced by Mo Dees ad nauseum to sell his multi-million dollar mansion and donate the proceeds to "whites" who feel harmed, injured, insulted by his discourse.
Rev Wright would encourage whites and Europeans to be more right brained and "subjectivity".
I say, let's get to it.
Every single white conservative, republican politician who felt "harmed" by the hate spewed by Rev Wright needs to take a bloody stand and right quick.
Rev Wright says "non-blacks" (more specifically whites) "objectify." Well, then, weren't whites objectified by the subjective thinking Rev Wright.
The two faces of racial hatred are seen in Rev Wright and his apostle, Barack Obama.
And every time anyone gets accused of being a racist for disagreeing with Rev Wright -- the response shall be "I shall not be shut up by the likes of a bigot, you".
The pedagogy Rev Wright expresses is a metaphysic lynch.
Some people have been made to fear the "racial bogeyman" all their lives (exhibit: Soledad O'Brian) but have never actually seen one. They've heard about "evidence of racism" but never actually seen racism. That's why Soledad, for example, couldn't identify a racist last night. She doesn't even know what one sounds like. A racist was on display last night in full blown ugliness. And she applauded the Beetlejuice, like that actress clapping her hands when Beetlejuice barks out "Okay K-Mart shoppers...".
Black racialists have been demanding proofs for the pedigree of Blackness in a person constitutes "black". Just ask National Association of Scholars who've been tracking this movement over the past 10 years. Unless you are *REALLY* black, you shouldn't get a scholarship.
Just ask the jerks in CA who fought Ward Connerly's Proposition 54.
And lastly, to all people of mixed blood. Unless you are "pure T" black, it's gonna hurt. Nonetheless, in the black racialist world, you are useful to the cause; but in the end you'll treated as a blob like whites. Why? Not pure enough.
Welcome to the black liberation theology. Borne in South America. Think Hugo Chavez and his theft and taking over of private companies. Check it out.
Obama's is the face shown to the populace -- their "black man getting along with": Rev Wright's is what underlies the Obama face.
It's easy to spot a black racialist in person - it's in their eyes. There's a shadow.
That was an ogre I saw last night. Not a reverend.
And they should be proud of having their names made public. Black Pride? Is that it?
And they should be proud of having their names made public. Black Pride? Is that it?
Exactly...and that multi-million dollar 10,000 sq ft mansion in the gated, exclusive white neighborhood betrays his real interest as well...along with the 10 million dollar credit.
Ms. O’Brien evidently doesn’t operate out of either side of her brain.
Yeah, but in her defense, she is kinda’ cute though, isn’t she?
Now, about her brain, . . . . .
