OK, so your own quote does NOT show him using the word amnesty, nor even providing the true amnesty offered by and signed into law by President Reagan. And it does not meet the definition of amnesty found in the dictionary. But you go right ahead and define it as you like...

So about your question - he's a demonstrable liar if:

1. We make up a new definition for amnesty
2. We decide what McCain originally supported was equal to what President Reagan (presumed not to be a demonstrable liar, since you hold him up as the paragon of Presidential ability) actually supported and signed into law
3. We ignore that McCain has chosen to change his mind, and that by changing one's mind you become a liar

So I guess you're a demonstrable liar too, since your own post here and the link you used falsely states the man's own statements and positions?

So I guess in a roundabout way is that I can't answer the question because the premise of the question itself is false - the questioner is the liar, in this case.

OMFG!!! That's your definition of "amnesty" (and your defense), then? "He didn't actually use the word amnesty" -- ?!?

Sorry, but I just couldn't continue any further, after that. "He didn't actually use the word amnesty..." That wouldn't even pass muster as genuine rebuttal by junior high school debate team standards! And you actually have the sack to accuse others of "redefining terms" -- ?!?

Oh, I am so going to be pressing this one into my scrapbook, tonight! ROTFLMAO!!!

Here's a great list of existing immigration laws

To remain here illegally is a felony;

Must have means to sustain themselves economically;

Must not be destined to be a burden on society;

Must be of economic and social benefit to society;

Must be of good character and have no criminal record;

Must have immigration authority and must have a record;

Foreign visitors violating terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

Those who aid illegal immigration will be sent to prison.

These no-nonsense laws are rigorously enforced----not by cruel Americanos. These are the laws of our southern neighbor, Mexico.

THIS LEGISLATON JUST PASSED IN ARIZONA--JUAN'S HOME STATE: Juan McCain better wake up and smell the enchiladas.

Fed up with the devastating effect of illegal immigration, Arizona has enacted the nation’s toughest laws to curb the problem and evidently its working. State legislators have passed laws barring illegal immigrants from receiving government services, posting bail for serious crimes and winning punitive damages in lawsuits. This year a new law makes it illegal for businesses to hire undocumented workers and those that do can be shut down.

The state legislator who sponsored the work bill, Representative Russell Pearce, says the law’s undeniably positive effects include smaller class sizes, shorter emergency room waits and an overall huge savings to taxpayers. The Republican congressman drafted the bill because studies revealed that illegal immigration cost Arizona taxpayers over $2 billion annually, not including the toll of crime and destruction.

It turns out that enough illegal immigrants have either fled the U.S. or been deported that officials in the Mexican state of Sonora, which shares an extensive border with Arizona, have complained that too many of their fellow countrymen have returned. They miss the remittances sent from the U.S. as well as smaller class sizes in local schools.

Mexican government officials knew Arizona’s tough employment verification law would become their worst nightmare, which explains why they tried blocking it. Earlier this year a delegation of nine legislators from Sonora toured Tucson and held a news conference to say that their beloved state cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools resulting from illegal Mexican workers returning home.

One baffled Mexican legislator, Leticia Amparano Gamez, asked in Spanish “how can they pass a law like this?” She went on to explain that Mexico is not prepared for the “tremendous problems” it will face as more and more Mexicans working in Arizona and sending money to their families return to hometowns in Sonora without jobs. Another member of the Mexican delegation, Representative Florencio Diaz Armenta, asked “what do we do with the repatriated?”

=============

MEMO TO MEXICO: We could care less what you do with repatriates. They're your problem. Too bad you're not "prepared" to handle it---maybe if you people weren't so corrupt you'd stop creating indigents and tossing them over the border to extort American taxpayers.

McCain is the author of the twice-filed Senate amnesty bill. On the campaign trail, McCain has anyone that asks him about illegal immigration ejected. He refuses to answer any questions about his support for the Mexican government and for reconquista of the western US.

McCain's all puckered up, on his knees, sucking up to illegals like a dry drunk with his mouth glued to a beer keg.

Significantly, McCain chose a dual-loyalty traitor to be his "Hispanic Outreach Director." McCain said he chose Hernandez because he AGREES with his positions.

Juan Hernandez was born in Dallas and decided as an adult to become a dual-national Mexican citizen. His last verifiable job was serving in Mexican President Vicente Fox's cabinet as Fox's "American Reconquista Director." Hernandez then worked for Bush hater George Soros' international foundations---(one such foundation published Hernendez's book that taunts Americans).

Hernandez believes all illegal Mexicans and Mexican-Americans in the USA should become dual citizens and consider themselves Mexicans first, "to the 8th generation." The "New American Pioneers" proclaimed in his book are the illegal alien invaders he urges to become settlers in the USA for "Reconquista"---the plan to take back the SW.

If they came here illegally..

or came with a visa and the visa ran out but they are still here...

Then they are illegal aliens...

Not immigrants ...

This has nothing to do with immigration...

and everything to do with breaking our sovereign laws..

If they are illegal aliens

and if the US government decides to forgive their crimes of coming here illegally,

and staying here illegally...

THAT IS AMNESTY

And it does not meet the definition of amnesty found in the dictionary. But you go right ahead and define it as you like...

So about your question - he's a demonstrable liar if:

1. We make up a new definition for amnesty

So totally forgiving the multiple felonies that illegal aliens commit on an overwhelming percentage does not constitue Amnesty?

You sir, are the one redefining Amnesty.

Each of these criminal Illegal Aliens has commited at least 2 felonies above and beyond the misdemeanor they commited breaking into our country:

1. Obtaining a false SSN # which is needed to gain employment.
2. Using the false ID to gain employment for each attempt.

Now given that most of these criminals have had more than one job here in the US, that just increases the number of felonies.

Add to that obtaining a Driver's License fraudualently, and that is another felony.

I am not a lawyer, however, I sincerely doubt that the paltry $2000 fine or whatever it was included in the AMNESTY MCAIN-KENNEDY bill does not begin to cover the minimum fines nor imprisonment required by our laws for these types of criminal acts.
