I think you are right. I posted the picture because on Google the partial title was “Absolutely beautiful Chinese...” After you posted, I went to the site and she is wearing “Absolutely beautiful Chinese jacquard strapless basque with lace-up back, slimming waist and detachable garters.” Sorry, my bad.

Perhaps you didn't realize that it's about China's overpopulation problem and not about feminism. China had lot's of schemes to solve the problem:

No, it isn't about China's overpopulation. It's about Chairman Mao offering to sell 10 million women to the United States. And evidently, Chairman Mao didn't have a very high opinion of China's women.
