Call your Senators, if you think it's worth it.

GOP keep lining up at the trough, it's done wonders for you so far.

I agree. The people of this country should send a message to Congress before they over ride the President. This country had better start getting pissed off.

From the article - “”Twenty-five percent of my state is now in need of food assistance,” said Rep. Thaddeus G. McCotter, R-Mich. “I work for them, not for the president.””

Doesn’t this idiot know that it’s the fault of the stupid Governor of that so many people need help? Do I have to pay for that Governor’s stupidity with my tax dollars?? A revolution in this country was started for less than what is going on now. Has this country lost its testicular fortitude to do anything anymore? This is what you get when more people voting that are on government assistance than those who are not. Who is going to vote themselves less handouts?

Something needs to be done before it’s too late...but I fear that it’s already past that point.

Boy am I glad they are going to override his veto. Archer Daniels Midland really needed a few more $$$$Billions to go with the $$$$Billions that they’ve already been given. I just so love welfare for the rich.

The President’s veto should be sustained (unfortunately it probably won’t be) for all the reasons noted. However, people should bear in mind that 70% of the money in the bill goes to nutrition programs, not agriculture. Don’t blame the price tag all on the farmers.

Every single RINO who voted for monstrosity deserves to be thrown out. If I were living in a district with a GOP congressman (I don't) who voted for it, I would vote for whoever was running against him, even it if were the worst kind of RAT.

We need to send a message to the party that this kind of legislation, which is nothing more than plunder of the taxpayer, will not be tolerated.

Republicans apparently like being in the minority and even want a much smaller majority. Idiots.
