talks with China to negotiate a temporary halt to production of nuclear weapons-grade material and with Russia on a new treaty to destroy more nuclear weapons.
The age old question shows it head here. How do you confirm that all sides are complying with the agreement?

Why not address something that IS a problem instead of something that IS NOT a problem?

"Today we deploy thousands of nuclear warheads...It is my hope to move as rapidly as possible to a significantly smaller force."
NO Sydney, NO!
We don't want a SMALLER force, we want a LARGER force, don't you GET IT?!?!?
We want to keep building more and more nuclear warheads and the delivery systems to get them to their objectives, until we've got at least 10 of 'em for each and every Islamofascist target, plenty for the ChiComs, AND the damn crypto-Soviet Russians, a few for Chavez and those Marxists down south, and a healthy reserve for those subversive drug smugglers and criminals down old Mexico way too.
The larger, the greater number of threats, the larger we want that blessed Arsenal of Democracy, you remember that don't you?
Judas Priest, what's wrong with this guy!??!

a temporary halt to production of nuclear weapons-grade material I haven't forgotten, even if genius has, that North Korea built its nukes while IAEA was sitting for 10 years watching the place where they weren't building them.
And I haven't forgotten, even if genius has, that neither IAEA nor CIA ever found out about anyone's nukes in time to do anything about them. India? Pakistan? Libya?
And if we do know about them, what? Nothing. We do nothing. Iran is on the way, and all we do is sit around and talk about how its no big deal, if you're a leftist, or darn I wish Israel would hurry and do something about it, if you're a rightist.

Great, now he’s channeling Kissinger. He really needs to learn to quit while he doesn’t look like TOO much of an idiot.
