I haven't forgotten, even if genius has, that North Korea built its nukes while IAEA was sitting for 10 years watching the place where they weren't building them.

And I haven't forgotten, even if genius has, that neither IAEA nor CIA ever found out about anyone's nukes in time to do anything about them. India? Pakistan? Libya?
