He sent memo’s to all his credit card companies and there were quite a few.What makes this different was, he was never delinquent on any payment,[late on a few],but was reliable otherwise.All,with the exception of Home Depot,did what they love to do.Put his interest at the highest rate possible.
It placed him into a spot that he could not get out of.Home Depot was the exception to the rule I guess.

Again, it sounds like an oversight or mistake to me, made by the bank with the contract for HD's credit services. Very much doubt you could locate any number of other customers who wre treated especially leniently.
