The part of this that worries me most is the number of people around Bush that wind up stabbing him in the back. Hell, they don’t even wait for him to turn around.

Strayhorn, I hear, felt dissed by the White House, because she couldn’t raise money. I know nothing about her son, except what I saw on television, and ever time I did, I kept thinking: Hell, I could do better than this guy. When Snow replaced him, it was like Favre replacing some high school quarterback.
