WHy do the republicans have it and no one else? How could a tape that was casually sold on the church’s website now be non-existent?

First, not too many Democrats go to a Church's bookstore. Second, if they do, I can't see how this particular tape would be very high on someone's to buy list.

I still say the tape is a hoax.

I say the existence of the tape is very plausible, and I agree that with all the rumors that have been swirling for weeks, and have now hit the MSM, it's interesting that Obama hasn't said a thing. BTW, was Beckel a Hillary or Obama supporter?

Been thinking along similar lines as some of you:
Assume there is a video/tape.
(1) the dems know it will come out and prefer sooner than later. (2) the news manipulators build it up as a catastrophe — a la Beckel. (3) when it is shown, the story line will be “hey, that ain’t so bad.”
That’s media manipulation.
Question: HOW CAN YOU FIGHT THIS KIND OF CONTROL?

Maybe Beckel is trying to mitigate the supposed tape’s potential impact by getting ahead of it’s possible release. In politics it’s always best to get the bad news out in order to soften the effect.
