This is nothing but an act to sell better Clinton, using the mind control technique of acceptance by association.
To better sell the “victory” of 5 pct Clinton, she is previously (i.e. now) sold as the candidate who, despite having received “more votes” (2), was a “victim of the delegates system”, and yet was such a “fair player” by calling her “crowd” to fully stand behind Obama.

So when next the curtain will fall, it will be easier to have the sheep cheering what they just watched on stage.
In other words: when after the coming “scandal” chapter “forcing” Obama to exit the “race”, he will appeal to his crowd to “stand with all their forces behind Clinton against McCain”.

You’re doing a great job with these threads. Are you sure you’re not a mod in disguise?

I listen to Rush all the time, and never heard him say he was going to work at defeating McCain. Rush did, or course, hope that McCain would be defeated by someone during the primary....especially Thompson or Romney. Rush knows that as bad as McCain is, Obama would be the worst choice.

I'm in total agreement with you on your assessment of Rush's position on McCain. I'm just trying to figure out the point that NYC Republican is trying to make when he's calling Rush a liar. I don't understand him.

Hard to say, how bad do I hate the Republicans, more than I love Hillary?

Bettyjean Kling is tough, she’s mad and she’s about ready to kick some pasty MSNBC butt.

“Chris Matthews, I can’t even look at him anymore,” Kling spat as she waited for Hillary Clinton to take the stage. “What’s the name of that other nut?”

“Keith Olbermann,” offered a friend.

“Keith Obama-man,” growled Kling, a retired special ed teacher from Shippensburg, Pa.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign valedictory was “the very definition of bittersweet,” said Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., a longtime Clinton supporter, who insisted that the greater goal of a Democratic White House would unite those who gathered on a steamy day in the cavernous main hall of the National Building Museum.

It seemed to be more bitter than sweet for many, however, with special acid reserved for the media. Several of the hundreds gathered here said they thought that unfair news coverage helped Illinois Sen. Barack Obama win the Democratic presidential nomination. Other common culprits were the Democratic National Committee and the party superdelegates, who helped swing the nomination to Obama in the last few weeks.

“I’m mad at everybody,” said Darla Stone, a prison nurse from Locust Grove, Va.

I should say how much do I love this country, more than my political party? McCain was my last choice, but I will vote against Obama.

Do Hillary supporters want to teach the Dem party a lesson in the same way many conservatives want to teach the Republican party a lesson?

Do they believe if Obama loses, Hillary has a good chance in 4 years?

A few of us posters and a few mods had a disagreement about thread placement, what was breaking news....eventually thread was pulled.

Same here. Hunter, then Thompson, then Romney, then depressed. But I will proudly cast my vote for McCain. Any conservative who votes for Bob Barr in the face of the vile and dangerous Obama is a traitor.
