Diversity management is a disciplined business subject that, properly implemented, drives productivity, innovation, profitability and sustainability.

It's supposed to improve education too. Then you look at the test scores and see that some of the best performances come from states with the least diversity.

Diversity management is a business that employs people who otherwise would probably be on welfare. JMHO.

And of course they would be so surprised to hear that a lot of blacks owned black slaves in the South. So surprised, that they usually refuse to hear it.

Part of the maternal line of the Southern branch of my folks originated in Georgia. If you remember your early American history, Georgia was originally "Australia" (i.e. a penal colony used by Great Britain to "off-load" their "undesirables").
