There is one other angle that should not be ignored.

From what I understand, Mister Obama has a history of drugs (both alkaloids and canibinoids.)

It is worth investigating if ...

(1) Past drug use has left Mr. Obama with a partial functional disability, and/or,

(2) Perhaps Mr. Obama still uses certain drugs.

(Please recall former President Kennedy and "Dr. Feelgood" as well as former and impeached and disbarred Clinton, who had been described as having..."a nose like a vacuum cleaner" when it came to cocaine, as well as (allegedly) a perforated nasal septum, which can be a result of chronic cocaine use.

Mister Obama. America wants to know. Will you take a drug screen blood test?
