Why would I call Duncan Hunter gullible? His statements are the same as mine. He has said the administration is stalling the fence. He has said only a few miles have been built. He has complained that Congress defunded the fence. There is no difference between his statements and mine.
Sorry, I don’t see Duncan Hunter asking, “Are you saying you think a fence is being built?” That makes it a difference.
Believe me; I’m not going to try to reason with someone who expects people to take adolescent semantic distinctions as intelligent debate.

And acquiring the land is the initial process of building the fence. Along with a virtual fence that they have been testing, along with obtaining contractors. This fence is being built. Just not to your liking. Tuff.

You put forth a dispute over a small percentage of the Texas/Mexican border to make your point while ignoring that 90% of the CA/Mex border, 99% of the AZ/Mex border and 99% of the NM/Mex border has had no construction taking place. Apparently the smallest possible excuse is good enough for you.

We know it's not zero. And we know any number provided by the government will be met with scepticism (as it should). So how come an organization that people can actually trust doesn't step to the plate? It's infuriating.
