Three horrors await Americans who get behind the wheel of a car for a family road trip this summer: the spiraling price of gas, choruses of "Are we there yet?"—and the road rage of fellow drivers.
Divine intervention might be needed for the first two problems, but science has discovered a solution for the third:
Watch out for cars with bumper stickers.
That's the surprising conclusion of a recent study by Colorado State University social psychologist William Szlemko.

I've never seen any reason to ruin the look of a car with a bumper sticker.
Or a spoiler. That's why they call them "spoilers": they spoil the look of the vehicle.

80% of the time, a car with more than 4 bumper stickers is a liberal’s car.
Although I’ve seen a few cars loaded w/conservative stickers too.

We have a lib democrat here whose bumper has so many stickers on it you can’t see the crome. Also her (HER!) trunk and back fenders are covered with lib stickers.

I laugh every time I see that sticker, because it would get you shot in some parts of the world, where it’d be deemed blasphemous to have the sacred crescent share a graphic with a Star of David.

People who put bumper stickers on their cars are seeking identity and validation.
The more stickers the more mentally unstable the driver, IMO.
