Courageous Victim Recounts 19 Hours Of Rape And Torture In Stunning Courtroom Testimony
CityNews ^ | June 10, 2008

We can't tell you her name but she was able to tell a jury about what happened to her. And her determination to recount some of the most incredible savagery ever heard in a courtroom is testimony to her courage and her desire to see justice done.

The recall of a Columbia University student that unfolded in a New York City hall of justice on Monday was almost too hard to hear. The 24-year-old victim sat in the witness box with her jaw clenched and her mind focused, as she retold the unimaginable ordeal she claims she suffered at the hands of 31-year-old Robert Williams (top left).

The ex-con stared straight ahead as his 24-year-old accuser poured out her story of a 19-hour rape and torture session, a day-long siege so brutal she begged her attacker to kill her.

It happened on April 13, 2007 when Williams allegedly burst into her New York City apartment.

He's accused of forcing her to have oral sex and raping her seven times during that ordeal, but that wasn't the worst of it.

He allegedly scalded her with boiling water from a kettle, forced her to take massive doses of painkillers, used a knife to mutilate her face and slice her eyelids and ordered her to gouge out her own eyes using the same blade.

When she refused, cops say he threw bleach into her face in an attempt to blind her.

"I was burning all over," the witness related in terms so vivid many jury members had to look away. "He threw the rest of the bleach into my face, but I was able to close my eyes in time. I was breathing it in. My lungs were burning."

I prefer the immortal words of Marcellus Wallace:

“Im gonna get a couple of hard pipe hittin MoF*****s, to work over homes here with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch.”

Animal.

There needs to be a slow, painful, publicly visible death penalty, swiftly administered.

Forget hate crime. Rape is the worst crime there is. Worse than murder. It should be death. I’ve written to state legislators pleading the same.

It’s odd you’d put you political views as far as race onto this situation.

But let me ask you this.

In your world would what this woman suffered be ok if the perp was white?

This is happening in New York. That state prides itself on not applying the “barbaric” death penalty. The worst this person faces is life in prison. I don’t know if NY has a “without parole” condition for a Life sentence, but if they do, I’m sure someone will overturn that in NY, too.

I suspect this is just a reaction to the “hate crime” laws. If the perp were white and the victim a minority, this would be all over the news, it would be described as a “hate crime,” there would be calls for the harshest possible punishment, and the Democrats would be using it political ads for elections and Federal “Hate Crime” legislation.
Since its black on white crime, it is, apparently, “no big deal.”

"In your world would what this woman suffered be ok if the perp was white?"

Wake up, son ... we're both in the same world.

Posing academic questions is what you did in college .. your preliminary decisions were made then.

All thought proceses are polarized, and we develop the grey areas in order to make sense of polarized extremes .. (No black without white, up without down, in with no out, etc.)

The grey areas grow from interacting and experiencing the tangible world.

Black and white decisions (not race, but definitive) must be made for man to develop. (Is there a right? A wrong? .... who says so?)

So let me ask you .... who made the decision for me to conclude the way I did?
Did I make that decision with no input?
Did the POS guilty of this atrocity inject itself into the thought processes of people trying not to be racist?
Why did he choose a white woman? ... and please ... don't attempt to suggest the POS didn't "choose" ... it most certainly DID.

One’s not allowed an intelligent opinion without benefit of a college degree? Do I misunderstand?

If that’s the case, may God help us all.

Yes indeed. I am still waiting for some intelligent coversation from the other party.

No offense to you or the other readers, but I do mean offense to the humanoid who implied that the rape and torture of this poor woman would have been ok if the vermin who did it was not a black man.
