The people who really need to be saying it are the Talk Radio Pumpkin Heads ( Rush, Hannity, O’Reilly, etc.). They don't though. These Ichabods are complete weenies. They are afraid that the communists will whine and complain that they are be called names.

That last book was not only ordered destroyed after printing, apparently Saudi money has bought every copy sold prior to the destruction. The second-hand market has none that I've been able to find at any price, over the last year.
There is something about PC ensorship that awakens the competitive spirit in me, and Omnipage is a wonderfu piece of software...
The muslims could not have possible got every copy of that book.
My point is that not all information about books is "crass advertising in the wrong venue". I, for one, would be grateful for any hints as to where I might find a copy of this latter book.
