The "birth certificate" claimed by the Barack Obama campaign is not certified as authentic and appears to be a photoshopped fake.
Embossed seal of the State of Hawaii absent from the purported "birth certificate" of Barack Obama
Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health, told Israel Insider: "At this time there are no circumstances in which the State of Hawaii Department of Health would issue a birth certification or certification of live birth only electronically." And, she added, "In the State of Hawaii all certified copies of certificates of live birth have the embossed seal and registrar signature on the back of the document."
So if he were registered as being born in Hawaii, Barack Obama -- because only he or another member of his immediate family could by law request a "Certification of Live Birth" -- must have a certified paper copy, with embossed stamp and seal, or he could request one. But what his campaign has put forward as genuine, according to the senior spokesman in the relevant department of the State of Hawaii, is not in fact a certified copy. It is not valid.
The Obama campaign, however, continues to flaunt the unstamped, unsealed, uncertified document -- notably in very low resolution -- on its "Fight the Smears" website, with campaign officials vowing that it's authentic, sending the image around as "proof" to reporters, and inviting supporters to refer to it as they battle against supposed distortions and calumnies against their candidate. However, the campaign refuses to produce an authentic original birth certificate from the year of Obama's birth, or even a paper version with seal and signature of the "Certification of Live Birth." Nor has it even published an electronic copy with the requisite embossed seal and signature.

“on its face, the published certificate is a fake and there is no evidence of any character anywhere that has appeared that he was in fact born in the US.
A very early interview of relatives in Kenya supports the proposition he was born there. If he was, he misses the Constitutional qualification of “natural born citizen” and he misses the citizenship statute unless he has been the subject of a naturalization proceeding.”

thank you, this has legs, lets push this info on other blogs it will have an effect.
Hey, Jeff, check-out #94.
That didn’t take long!
One thing caught my eye after seeing the "certificate" many times. There was something on the back of the certificate that came through when it was copied. It is almost invisible, but it is there. Below is the "certificate" with the area circled in red.
I put it in Photoshop, and enlarged it:
Then I "flipped" it, and reset the brightness and contrast, and it looked like this:
Is this anything that Hawaii puts on all the "copies" requested for birth certificates?
If it is a date of some sort, IMHO, it looks a little "funny" as far as the "6" and especially the LAST number of the "year" goes.
I read it as: JUN - 6 2007 (or 2003?)
If Hawaii did put this "date" on the "certificate", could records be checked by date to see if the redacted certificate number could then be verified in some way and poossibly a "copy" of the "copy" be aquired???
If this is really "nothing to see here"...I'll just "move along" and let the thread return to normal FR programming as I remove my tin foil hat, and post this....
So Fred, explain why his father’s race is listed as “African”, and not negro, negroid, or black. Any suspicion in that?
I suppose that happens all the time, but I didn’t see “North American” listed as my parents’ race on my birth certificate.
Isn’t there some organization in the US government that certifies presidential candidates?
Yes, it appears so but it gets a little iffy, since Obamas Mother was 18 when he was born, so technically she didnt meet the requirement of residing in the US for 5 years after age 14 but, as I said, this could be just a technicality.
If both parents are U.S. citizens, at least one resided in the U.S. before the childs birth.
If one parent is a U.S. citizen, the U.S. citizen parent must have resided in the U.S. for 10 years, at least 5 of which were after age 14."
No.
The Constitutional requirement is that to qualify, a person must be a "natural born" citizen. The citizenship statutes have no bearing on the question.
He also has a real Citizenship issue. If he didn't do a naturalization proceeding, and if he was in fact born in Kenya, he isn't a Citizen either because his mother flunks the five years after age 21 requirement.
I think the secretaries of state of the 50 states would have standing to request a certified copy of the birth certificate directly from the State of Hawaii Department of Health. Without proof of status as a "natural born citizen" states should refuse to place his name and the slate of electors plegeded to him on the ballot for the general election.
"I saved this image, and zoomed in on where the fields are filled in, and it is obvious that this document was photoshopped. The fields with text are all pasted in as an overlay, which is obvious from the surrounding pixel distortion.
HOWEVER, there is ONE area in this image that is not photoshopped, and which shows the negative image of the text "JUN 6 2007". It is at the right of the text showing "Date Filled by Registrar."

Thanks for pointing it out -- after your post, I looked at the enlarged certificate and you are correct.
Mom has assumed room temperature.
David, thanks again and again.
As I understand it the electoral college certifies the electoral votes
and The house then ratifies the election, but what agency or person certifies that the candidates meet all the
criteria is an unknown to many here on FR and myself ...
This issue could be history in the making..will congress step in here?
Jeesh, I did better forgeries on my fake hall passes in high school and, believe me, they were horrible.
I find it incredible that people will believe one man's story before the witness of others, over and over again. With the aid of the m.s.media's mind-control-of-the-masses, The Obama could claim he invented the internet, and even Al Gore wouldn't dispute it.
What do you mean by that? If he's not a "natural born citizen", when did he ever become a naturalized citizen? If he wasn't a citizen from birth, then he would have been required to be naturalized in order to be a citizen now. He is either a "natural born citizen" of the US or he is a resident alien. If in fact he is not a US citizen by birth and never naturalized, he would be inelegible to even hold his seat in the US Senate!
What we are questioning is WHY he would publish a falsified document as genuine.
Why is the Obama camp being DECEPTIVE if they have nothing to hide?
...just the country of which he is one.
If he is exposed on TV and in the newspapers as a falsifier of official documents, he is finished.
If the internet is abuzz about this, then Talk Radio needs to consider it. Once Talk Radio and the online forums keep the pressure up, the MSM may actually have to acknowledge Obama's fraud.
If they don't, then the truth regarding Obama's media shield will only be more obvious.
Just came across another interesting tid-bit ( go back and take a look at the certificate picture posted in post 2)
Hawaii had laser printers in 1961?
http://bentcorner.com/2008/06/hawaii-had-laser-printers-in-1961/
“I don’t think even Dan Rather would think this form was issued in 1961. It looks too modern. It’s printed on anti-tamper paper and the bottom left corner states OHSM 1.1 (Rev. 11/01) LASER.
Normally something like that would mean that it’s a form last revised in November, 2001 and it’s printed with a laser printer.
A birth certificate normally has a signature from the attending physician. It also usually includes things such as weight and length. It normally also includes the name of the hospital where the child was born. More importantly, it has a raised stamp showing that the birth certificate is legit.
This doesn’t have any of those things.”
Do you suppose that the Republicans do have the proof in hand that Obama does not meet the citizenship requirements, but are just waiting till after the Dem convention to let it out...... that way it will be too late for the Dems to pick a different candidate?
The other key thing to remember is that Hillary is probably still very pro-active in her fight against Obama.
We won't find out her true intentions until the DNC convention is over this August.
I am still extremely curious about what happened during the secret meeting at Feinstein's house a few weeks ago.
