I voted LP myself for a period of time and then returned to the GOP. You could say I’m a libertarian Republican (lower right quadrant). I won’t be voting for Barr, either. I voted Romney in the primary, too. (Thompson had dropped out by then.) I do think we’re in trouble if Obama gets into office with a Democrat-controlled Congress, so I’ll be voting for McCain.
Many libertarians skip right over the tiny government part and go right for the drugs. Hence, democrat voter.
