"Inspire dialogue" is code for a propaganda technique known as the Self Evident Technique, specifically an APPEAL TO AUTHORITY, where the propagandist will cite authoritive, "prominent figures." It's straight out of the U.S. Army's PSYOPs field manual.
Oh, and as far as inspiring actual dialogue goes, there really isn’t anything liberals are talking about other than BO. BO is going to fix Globul Warming/Cooling, fix the economy by raising taxes, stop all current wars and never aloow another. He’ll fix it so all countries Big and Small like us again and make sure all our needs are taken care of by big daddy Government—womb to tomb!
