Funeral for Tony Snow Open to Public

The funeral service for former White House spokesman Tony Snow will be open to the public. The service will be held Thursday morning at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on the campus of Catholic University in Washington, D.C.

The White House announced earlier today that President and Mrs. Bush would attend the service.

I hope Fox News will cover the Mass so that faraway Freepers can watch.

Oh, you KNOW they will, and also will probably rerun it. Maybe make it a “special” in this weekend’s programming. ALSO, I’d be amazed if CSPAN doesn’t as well, and they definitely will rerun it.

Loved Tony, what a loss. He was a good man and in a far better place now, hoping for comfort and peace for his family in that blessed hope.

I hope that if Code Pink or any disruptors are charged with ‘incitement to disrupt a religious service’, or something with some teeth in it.

These people have been getting away with a slap on the wrist for way too long.
