Well that’s two of us. Looks like we have us a movement going on.
If you want on, or off this S. Texas/Mexico ping list, please FReepMail me.
“Where does the so-called World Court get the stones to claim jurisdiction over what happens in the US?”
About a year ago I was watching CSPAN, where a couple of obviously left wing U.S. government lawyers were discussing our “obligations” under the Geneva Convention arising from provisions in treaties that we had signed over the past 15 years or so. It gave me the creeps. The dicussion was arcane and too technical for me to follow in detail but I had the impression that leftist State Dept staff lawyers could reach all kinds of agreements with the Hague of the UN that could evade scrutiny by members of congress or higher - ups in the cabinet. I doubt that anyone in congress or in a high level position in Bush’s cabinet would have time to read a document as thick as the Manhattan phone in detail before signing off on it just to get it off their desk.
Tell this phoney world court to go bother some real criminals like Hugo Chavez, Robert Mugabe and Ahmadinejad
DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS!
We have the death penalty and we use it.
They have issued an arrest warrent for Omar Hasan Ahmad al-Bashir of Sudan.
Ooh! Biting commentary! Care to rub a few brain cells together and elaborate on your "comment"?
Mexico’s president must have some serious sh%t on Bush.
Sure. “F off, WC!”
Howzat?
For some strange reason, I assumed you directed said profanity towards me. ;-D Apologies for the “rub a few brain cells together” remark, Travis.
Bush will do it.
He, his Daddy and Billy Clinton are one worlders.
You said it nicer than I would have...
I try to mind my language on the forum. What I wrote vs what I thought varied widely.
