If President Bush allows this "ruling" to be upheld, then we've truly lost our sovereignty. I cannot for the life of me believe that OUR leadership and rule of law comes from Amsterdam and Mexico, and with no end in sight (more of the same with Nobama and/or McShamnesty). What's next? A "world court" ruling that we Americans can no longer eat meat or drive fossil fuel based vehicles? When is this insanity going to end?!

The U.S. is not part of the “World Court”. They’re just blowing bad air and trying to look relevant.

It didn’t work the last time they tried this, I doubt it will work any better this time.

So, where will the World Court be landing their infantry forces in order to compel the United States to obey their ruling?
Galveston?
I trust that the local sheriff’s office acting in conjuction with the Boy Scouts of America will be sufficient to repel any invasion.

Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
Make a statement to Mexico, the World Court and law breakers in these United States.
Complete the sentences.

“If President Bush allows this “ruling” to be upheld...”
Possibly the President will bow to the World Court, but more likely the Supreme Court will bow to the World Court.

“The World Court on Wednesday ordered the United States...”
Some court in one of the “Surrender Countries” is giving the US of A orders. How do you say “Go Pound Sand” in French, or whatever language they surrender to in the World Court?

I thought the SCOTUS already addressed this issue and there will be no interference carrying out these sentences. The World Court be damned!

Well since the US supreme Court has already ruled that Bush over stepped his authority in this matter as related to the US Constitution. Texas has every right to go ahead and execute this POS on Aug 5th. I hope Texas “executes” it's own right and thumbs it's nose at the “World” Court.

Where does the so-called “World Court” get the stones to claim jusrisdiction over what happens in the US?
Bush needs to make a public speech in which he reminds the US citizenry and the world at large that the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land on US soil, and that the US does not, and will never, recognize the authority of any World Court to make any binding rulings on the United States.
It pains me to realize, however, that such a speech will not be forthcoming.

Eff the world court. Let them be moved to Zimbabwe, utilizing the services of the 101st Airborne!
Just as useless as the UN.

Other than issuing a pardon, the POTUS lacks any powers to interfere with the scheduled executions by the State of Texas.
