It's a religion. It requires faith in things which cannot be explained otherwise, and which go against the empirical observations of the world. It also requires sacrifices, as religions throughout history have required. There is the coin and the food, and no counting the number of humans and farm animals that have been ritually sacrificed to various and sundry dieties since man first learned to speak.
This new religion will replace the collection plate with the Internal Revenue Service, and soon the Environmental Protection Agency.
Well, I think that 800,000 mile diameter nuclear furnace a few million miles away *might* have something to do with climactic conditions here on Earth.
It's a Blue Planet.
Get over it.
I would note however, that there is a good planetary mechanism to transfer energetic heat from water to the atmosphere. Strong winds over the surface of the water causes more evaporative cooling and a more dense atmosphere. So while its difficult to heat water with atmosphere, you can cool water somewhat significantly with atmospheric wind.
Concerning Volcanic eruptions melting the Frozen Earth with methane and CO2, how about the heat release into the Worlds Oceans and atmosphere.

LOL, you are quoting me!
“It surprises me that that much CO2/methane didn’t cause run away global warming. In fact if the 10x current 225 million years ago did not cause run away global or even figure of 350x 600 million years ago warming it is ridicules to think that man made C02 emissions of a few percents current is going to cause run away global warming or even warming period.”
Thats another good point that needs to be made. CO2 levels have many times been worse. WAY worse and yet run away global warming has never happened. But if you believe the global warming alarmists, one need only buy a plasma tv and the planet is doomed.
I’d like to add that the most virulent global warming alarmist only worries about a doubling of CO2 within the next century. A doubling from .03 percent to .06 percent. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!
So ya caught me! Dang this plagiarism thing is harder than it looks! ( LOL )
In fact I will be watching this winter very carefully, if it is another brutal winter like last winter then I'll really start to worry. LOL, not much to worry about in South East Texas. Except for all the liberal Yankees moving here. UGH!
I’ve tried to find the entire series of articles by Stephen Wilde. This is the best I could do:

I haven’t been able to find all the articles. Can anyone fill the gaps?

Thanks for the links CE.
It is an honor Mr. Wilde to have you post on this thread I started. I hope eveyone becomes familiar with your work and CO2skeptics.com
