Didn’t Ruth Bader Ginsburg use a World Court ruling or other international ruling in one of her anti-US SCOTUS decisions not long ago?

Actually, the U.S. doesn’t regard International Court for Justice (World Court) decisions as binding, which is a politer way of saying that.
