See, just like a broken clock.
Stature is in short supply. I can name all the obvious people but they all have problems. I wish Newt would do it but I am sure McCain would never ask him, and I am not sure if Newt would accept if he were asked.
Hahaha :)
I wish Newt would do it too.. but I don’t think he wants to get back into the scuffle.
See, I give you credit when you say something correct. ;-)
McCain would never pick someone who will out shine him ... and that’s probably a big hindrance for Mitt Romney, too.
Newt’s damaged goods. He’s a better “behind the scenes” kind of guy, anyway.
THUNE’S A GREAT IDEA!!!
LOL - Romney managed 15 delegates in the South. Had he remained in, I doubt it would have been many more.
OH, I WIIIIISSSSSHHHHH IT WOULD BE DUNCAN HUNTER. I wanted HUNTER/BOLTON!
Love that beautiful picture of Laura! (at the end of your page) What a Lady she is.
That was our thought, too. I kinda thought that Romney worked a little humble magic on him, and hope it stuck. I really think Romney is a great choice!
Barr, once a conservative, but now?
Palin
Watts
Blackburn
Rove
Those are Veep picks.
The others are nose picks.
Never happen ... Mitt is too rugged, too hansome, too smart, too savvy; he would outshine John every time they appeared together and the nation would doubt the choice of McCain leading the ticket instead of the other way around. Both men are not conservative, but both are head and shoulders better choices than Barry the empty one.
Mitt ran against the MSM and their Candidates McCain and Huckabee. Allot of people bought the spin that the MSM shoveled regarding Mitt.
When Mitt lost, the NY Times, NBC,ABC and CBS put a notch in their belts, and Hillary / Obama both breathed a sigh of relief. He was the only candidate that they feared. They almost never said a negative word about McCain or Huckabee, but they took pot shots at Mitt, even after he left the race. We now have their choice, McCain.
I don’t think there is another serious suggestion.
Surely he won’t pick Graham...that would be a disaster.
“I stand corrected, there are non-mormon Mitt supporters who will make such evangelical-hating comments. I stand corrected.”
You stand confirming that you have a narrow, bigoted view of all who don’t agree with you precisely.
And you have a very peculiar and self-serving view of what constitutes an “evangelical-hating comment.” To suggest that evangelicals can be content voting for a ticket with a Mormon on it is an “evangelical-hating comment.”
I like Mitt Romney.
