First of all, Brian Williams’ “he brought with him a new approach” and “this is a new stance” are ridiculous. Williams is either incredibly naive or ignorant.
I noticed Ahmadinejad wore his tan jacket for the interview. I haven’t seen him wear that in quite a while. He’s been dressing up more & wearing a suit jacket or blazer for the past 9 months or so. And he kept saying “the Iranian people”, as if they have any say in the governement’s decisions.
Also, Williams missed a telling response by Ahmadinejad : “Doors of the world are not closed to us.”
