The FLDS doesn’t have to defend against polygamy, or polygamy (dang, that’s hard to spell), because so far, no one has indicted anyone for it.

So, why choose to charge him with bigamy, instead of polygamy?

Are they legally the same thing, or is there a difference?

Did they have some reason for that choice?
