Did Adolf Hitler have a “neo-Nazi and skinhead outreach coordinator?” No, but he did have both the SS and the SA. After he consolidated power, he decided the SA "true believers" (the Brownshirts) were a "threat", and sent the SS (which started as part of the SA) after them, this was known as the "Night of the long knives", June 30, 1934
