At first, I was focused solely on immigration enforcement.
However, these executions have me thinking ...

I knew it wasn't Arlington, VA.

He'd be out on bail posted by La Raza and working as a "community organizer".

...United States has a separate treaty ...

But nowhere do I see that Texas had a separate treaty with Honduras! So, we'll stand by and see one more time what SCOTUS has to say, I guess.

Unsure of what you are talking about? I'm saying put on prime time Friday or Saturday night. Moreover, when Jerry Jones get his stadium have showtime with these thugs.

Heliberto Chi, a Honduran native.

And also illegal in the US at the time of this murder.

Texas is having a great week.

Nothing says justice like an execution.

That we should execute illegal alien murderers and THEN ship them home.

This one scheduled for tonight with an appeal pending at the SCOTUS basically on the same Consular notification concept but with a slightly different twist.

From the article:

...Medellin’s case rested on the fact that he was not notified that he had the right under international treaty to visit with a Mexican consular representative after his arrest. Chi likewise was not notified of that right, but Ball said his client will also argue that the United States has a separate treaty with Honduras that ensures each country’s citizens will be notified of their right to consular help if they are arrested abroad.....

end snip
