But the real sting comes with the final guest speaker — Clinton, shown making a biting remark about Obama at the bitter height of their primary battle for the Democratic nomination in March this year.

“I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience he will bring to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002,” she says in the Republican’s ad.

Operation Chaos, Phase II:

Floor fight at the dhimmi convention!

All that has to happen is to flip a few "super" delegates. If they think O'Barnum's tanking then maybe, for the sake of victory, they do a 180.

I'm just sayin'

If you told me in March that McCain’s campaign would be as smart as it has been the past few weeks, I would have laughed.

I almost might vote for him.

What little chance there was for an Obama/Clinton ticket is gone now.

Also, to the extent Obama could buy off Clinton’s support, that support will not be credible in light of previous statements.

Gary Hart said the cardinal rule is to not say things that will weaken the party’s candidate in the general election. The better rule is to not have your party tear itself apart by a divisive primary. History shows candidates that had to fight and claw their way to the nomination against a strong primary candidate don’t fare well in November.

I just got an email from Newsmax.com that brought up this very topic. Hill and Bill are apparently not too happy with the way the Obama has treated them since he secured the nomination and Hillary “suspended” her campaign. They had that one joint appearance in which they appeared to reconcile, but since then he has pretty much dissed them. I have been pleasantly surprised that lately McCain appears to be “crazy like a fox”.

“Clinton faced virulent criticism during the primaries that she had crossed a line by explicitly praising McCain to the detriment of Obama, and was warned that those attacks would come back to haunt the likely Democratic nominee.”

Hillary is no idiot, of course she wants McCain to win, if she didn’t get the nomination. She knew exactly what she was doing. Rush Limbaugh isn’t the only one who sees it, so do millions of others. Hillary is transparant to conservatives. We know what she is up to. It’s good that McCain is using this.

It’s also time for McCain to demand Senator Obam-ah call upon The Speaker of the House to return to Washington & vote on offshore drilling, a position that Obam-ah is now supporting!
