When Olympia first pushed for Tribal Casinos, to ease fears they said that the Casinos would be located just on tribal land. Well That didn't last long. They have popped up everywhere. I have 3 within walking distance of my home and I'm 20 miles from the nearest Indian owned land.

Gov. Chris Gregoire is benefiting from more than $650,000 in campaign contributions from Indian tribes that hit the jackpot in 2005 when she killed a gambling compact potentially worth more than $140 million a year to the state.
Unlike 22 other states that collect millions from revenue sharing agreements for tribal gambling, Washington gets no money from tribal casinos under the compact that Gregoire renegotiated with the Spokane Tribe.
The polls are worthless. She stole the last election and will probably steel this one. The libs count the votes.
It's all in the definition of "Indian owned land" -- which is NOT syonymous with "tribal reservation."
I hope that people get rightly fed up and vote the rats out....we'll see...
for the record, Gregoire STOLE The election much the same way that Gore almost stole the election.....changed the rules after the election...kept changing and adding until they got their 127 vote lead....
of course, our Pub State Attorney did nothing...as did the Pub appointed judge who ruled basically "oh well"....
the Indians lobbied heavily against it....as did the loyal Rats...they're excuse was they didn't want gambling to be just anywhere, for the children you know....
then they go ahead and EXPAND all Indian gambling without any tax benefits.....

Thanks for recognizing that Pierce and Snohomish Counties were also part of the fraud. While everyone was watching King, votes were being stolen in the other two counties. The “gain” from the recounts in those two places was WAY out of proportion in Gregoire’s favor, when compared to the first vote totals, which Rossi won in both places.

Anybody wonder why I gave up voting years ago? It’s a fraud and can be (and often is) manipulated.
