Texas knows how to handle this. I don't recall the name of the notorious killer that occurred under then Governor George W Bush's watch, but he fought his executioners to the end.

The guards will come in with specialized riot gear, including helmets, face shields and body armor. They will overpower him and restrain him.

It would be much safer and simpler to just pump him full of bullets while he's in the cell, but that's not considered humane.

Like this scum should be mentioned in the same paragraph as that word.

That's an amazing/horrifying link in your #17. Dorsey is a real psychopath, and if he isn't executed tonight, he'll live the rest of his life as a constant potentially deadly threat to the guards and anyone else that comes in contact with him. Truly a mad dog....

It was nice of him, though, to warn the guards he'll be trying to go out hurting any last potential victims he can. He won't be able to, the guards aren't crazy and he's already attacked them before.
