...one liberal sissy who wasnt even born in America...
I guess McCain thought they were kindred spirits, since both he and Browne were born outside the country because their father was in the military. ;>}

Actually, Browne was born in Germany to when his father was stationed there as an American serviceman just as John McCain was born in Panama when his father was serving there.
Thus, Browne is just as much an American citizen as you or I or McCain.

The Russians escaped while we weren’t watching them, like Russians do
Now we’ve got all this room, we’ve even got the moon
And I hear the U.S.S.R. will be open soon
As vacation land for lawyers in love”

I never heard of this joker. I guess he's some kind of icon because his career spanned some 30 years. He must really be a hotshot. Ask the next hundred people you meet if they know who he is.
I'll bet the big crowds and big bucks aren't there for him any more....that's when the over-the-hill liberal big-mouth entertainers usually start lashing out at something or other related to politics.

Jackson Browne is a member of ASCAP. Anyone can play any of his songs as long as they pay the royalties to ASCAP. It would be ridiculous if everyone who played a song at an event had to get written permission from the artist and performers. As long as McCain doesn’t use it in a commercial, there’s nothing Browne can do but complain.

...did he beat up Darryl Hannah or did she beat him up? Hard to say , his women usually just kill themselves . Kinda like Ariana turning her husband gay .

The current term of a copyright is for the life of the writer plus 50 years, I believe. I don’t know who owns or controls Jackson Browne’s copyrights, but it is entirely possible that this is a licensed use where the entity who does control that copyright granted it. It could be that Browne just personally doesn’t like it, but if he doesn’t control the copyright, I don’t think he can do much except complain. I’m sure he’ll still cash the check for his portion of the licensing fee, though.

He’s had work done - looks plastic.

don’t need no stinkin’ grammar...
BUT WAIT! The author makes up for his idiot writing by using big words...oooh, oooh, look...words like “misappropriation” and “reprehensible.”
Oh, wait a sec...those weren’t the author’s words, just quotes.
For a moment there I thought I could give the author credit for something.
Nevermind.
