You seem to want more details, but I don’t think you need them.
Just look at BHO in this interview. He can’t look the interviewer in the eye, even on something he is supposed to be certain about. Look at this head movement and facial tics. He’s bobbing and weaving like a boxer. He can’t square his head up and be on the level. Barack Hussein Obama is lying in this interview.
Of course, my reaction could be cultural. I am judging him as if he were an American. In Indonesia or Harvard or other cultures he may be more familiar with, possibly they don’t ever look a man straight in the eye when speaking to him.

How can a state legislature "water down" a Supreme Court ruling? Doesn't the latter take precedence?
