Here is their pathetic response to me. It is absolutely a non answer and simply wants you to know they do not give a damn at all.
Response (Support Agent) - 08/21/2008 12:40 PM Thank you for your comment.
Beginning this summer, Hallmark’s selection of more than 200 wedding cards will include four cards that use specific language and images appropriate for same-sex wedding ceremonies or civil unions. Hallmark makes cards for all kinds of relationships and situations, and we have for years produced cards for relationships that might be defined as “non-traditional” - including heterosexual couples who are not married, those in mixed race or interfaith relationships and blended families - so people in each of these situations could find cards to meet their needs. It is our goal to be inclusive rather than exclusive so that our products appeal to the widest range of people who wish to communicate and connect with one another. Not every one of the more than 200 wedding cards we offer will be right for every relationship, but we want every consumer to be able to find one that is just right.
We understand that this is a sensitive issue for you and appreciate you letting us know your concerns.
Thanks,

Attention INFIDELS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>ping a ding ding!
Did you ask them when their “sheep lover” card line comes out “to support the widest range of people”?
Goat molester cards for the jihadists?
Well, I e-mailed them, sent them the required information, and they sent a new_account_submit php something-or-other to my computer. I tried to open the something-or-other with Firefox before it downloaded, but that didn’t work.
I’m not sure if you guys have seen the cards but they’re actually pretty neutral. The only one that’s “obviously” homo is the one with two tuxes on it. The others (that I’ve seen) could even be used for normal couples. But this is just Hallmark taking advantage of the wonder that is capitalism! I thought we worshiped that? Well, regardless, we should try and get the homos to spend more of their money on cards anyway. They’ve got too much of it.
Can you imagine being a longterm employee at Hallmark & suddenly told you have to write one of these cards?
Hallmark represents a big problem — companies acquiring a liberal stance & trying to enforce liberal policies on employees. I predict that the only places left for conservatives to work will be a company owned or run by a religious organization.
One of the reasons why I remain at an Orthodox Jewish place. The pay might be better in the “outside world,” but the moral conflicts just aren’t worth it.
I wonder when their line of Cards for the Children by Michael Jackson will come out.
Jesus was compassionate to the repentant sinner, to the thieves in the temple and hypocrite pharisees he was anything but polite.
I don’t “worship” capitalism when it comes without moral standards. Otherwise, we should all be delighted when a private medical center starts performing abortions. Hey, it’s legal, there’s a market for it, and there’s money to be made.
I’ll save my admiration for the photographer in New Mexico who refused to videotape a lesbian commitment ceremony (even though there was money to be made) because of her Christian beliefs. She then got hauled before a “human rights” tribunal and was fined. I’ll also save my admiration for dating firms like e-Harmony which have refused to enter the “gay matchmaking” market, despite claims that there’s money to be made there.
exactly the mail I got too.
When I sent in another e-mail they said they are not going to recieve any more e-mails about this.
seems Hallmark just doesn’t care about public opinion but I bet if Fox and other networks got this out about them they soon would reverse their decision
Isent an e-mail to them and they returned with a stupid response basically not caring so I sent another e-mail in which they will now not receive.
ignorance is bliss it seems at Hallmark
anyway the response mail I tried to send was what a stupid decision to pander to only 3 to 5% of the population and ignore the majority and that surely if you lose money like Ford has since a boycott went into effect then you would have to lay employees off.
How selfish, laying people off from work to pander to a very small % I hope you explain why you lay them off and I mean the real reason
