Obama Crimes : Is Obama A Natural Born Citizen? [Berg's Website for Lawsuit: Summary, PDFs, Etc.]

On Thursday Philip Berg petitioned the Federal Court in Philadelphia for a temporary restraining order to prevent the DNC from nominating Obama until the many questions about Obama's birth certificate, dual nationality, etc. get sorted out.

On Friday, a judge denied the request and told Berg to come back after papers had been served to Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and the other parties involved.

Berg and his allies have been busy serving papers all weekend.

We'll see what happens regarding the lawsuit. But either way, Texas Songwriter is correct that the media are deliberately ignoring Berg's lawsuit.

One of my brothers lives in Washington, DC and knows a guy who works on a business wire service. He told my brother that Thursday evening, Berg's lawsuit was the main topic of conversation at the National Press Club -- they were discussing whether to report the story or not. We know how they decided.
