Reject the plea bargain, go to prison.He's not going to prison. Nor would he if he were Joe Public. The sentencing guidelines only indicate jail, if that, given his record (none) and the details of the offense. Jail is definitely on the table, but I'd have to bet against it as a likelihood at this point.
