In a finding that will be bittersweet for Hillary Clinton supporters, a new Pew survey finds that when it comes to honesty, intelligence and a handful of other key traits valued in leaders, the public rates women as superior to men.

< >

On the policy front, more than 50 percent of respondents said women are better than men at dealing with social issues such as health care and education, while 42 percent said men have an edge over women in the way they deal with crime and public safety. More than 50 percent said men are better than women at dealing with defense and national security issues.

If I wanted someone to make decisions by their mood and emotions, I would have picked a woman before now. Obviously, I don’t.

“Gender stereotypes. Tsk tsk.”

No kidding. If this study had said men were more intelligent, the author would have been crucified. Heck, Larry Summers said something much less offensive and was chopped.

As this stuff continues to come down the pipe, I find myself more and more becoming an angry white man.

Well, I'm here to tell you that I've worked for about 40 of my 57 years on earth and I'd much rather work for a man than a woman.

Where I work now - at a hospital - the president, all of the vp's, most of the managers and all of the unit directors are women.

The stress I feel constantly because of the way these women lead and run things is unbelievable. My unit director is a very nice person but has no guts. She will say one thing and we find out later that that it's not true so that she can avoid confrontation.

Women love to have meetings so that they can pat themselves on the back and say they have accomplished something. They are extremely defensive. I witness favoritism and back biting that causes divisions in the ranks. And then they scratch their heads and wonder why we can't work as a team (their favorite word when they can't manage).

I am a woman and I have worked for men and now more and more for women and I'll take the men anyday over women.

If I could find another place to work that would hire me at my age and pay me a decent wage I could live on where it was run and managed by men, I'd take it in a New York minute.

If you exclude Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, and Waters, I might agree.

Poll that over-samples women and asks questions that are bound to reflect favorably on women no doubt.

obviously they never had a woman lawyer boss.

see also fiorina.

see also christine todd whitman

We are going to have a slew of left wing wacko polls.

Perhaps we should do a betting pool as to when Obama will be in danger of NOT getting the nomination.

Also will ANY of the drive bys actually report it?

That is the Federal government's number one priority.

Health, Education should be the states job.

This is an example of how people have been so indoctrinated about how they are supposed to regard women that they are afraid to answer the survey questions honestly.

I myself am a woman and have had the same experiences! I would always rather work for a man over a woman. Not to say all men are great bosses but for the ones I worked for were nice.
