I could review prior female GOP Governors of the past 2 decades that could potentially be chosen if you’d like.

I would like that.

Yep,

He could do much worse than KBH. She is generally a solid lass.

I agree. He should select a female.

Nomination by Guiness Book of World Records. How Democrat.

Good. Obama for four, I'll bet you.

And it looks like she kicked off the campaign here:

There’s a lot of better-quality Governors that aren’t under consideration, which is astonishing. Pawlenty is about the worst of our current GOP Governors. Huntman, however, despite there being no particular objections of any major variety, he’d still carry the baggage that critics of Mormon pols would cite and would be jumped on by Obama’s folks (that being that the church was racist and excluded Blacks from leadership until the 1970s) and the other is that Huntman also comes from extreme wealth, and that could also be a hindrance. On another level, Huntsman wouldn’t really bring any added strength to the GOP ticket (aside from perhaps increasing McCain’s performance in an already heavy GOP state).

I still can’t believe Obama was so stupid not to go with a Governor. The Biden pick was more a gift to us.

Sensible people don’t nominate office seekers based on the next world record (First woman! First black! First Norwegian!). Is that better? I tried to use smaller words and stuff.

Stated much better than your previous attempt. Still dribble though.

You said McQueeg needs to nominate a female. I replied that’s idiotic, that’s what Democrats do. Who’s talking dribble around here tonight? I called you on it, and you’re angry. I don’t blame you.

Oh. OK. I give it up, you are correct:

Nominating a VP based upon the type of genitalia is not idiotic.

You win, game over, good night.

Kay gutted the border fence bill and she's soft on abortion.

Obama’s missteps have hurt him badly, McCain is in a good position to win if he plays it smart.

Kay would be the perfect pick for the Maverick to stick his thumb in our eye one last time, of course that will also ensure his loss in November, but Mavericks have to prioritize.

Here are the others:

Arizona - Jane Dee Hull (1997-2003) (Upside, managed to engender goodwill for the GOP after the conviction of Gov. Symington. Downsides: Failed to get a GOP successor, no particular accomplishments of merit. Is 73 years old).

Massachusetts - Jane Swift (2001-2003) (Upside, none. Downsides, many. Managed to become the most unpopular Governor in years, frequently attacked by media for use of helicopter to ferry her back and forth to her job. Extremely liberal who named the now-President of the Log Cabin Republicans to be her running mate. Managed to make Slick Willard look palatable to the voters that year).

Montana - Judy Martz (2001-2005) (Upsides, was a nice, Conservative lady. Downsides, was probably too nice in doing a favor for a member of her staff who had been involved in vehicular manslaughter (she washed his clothes after the event). Couldn’t withstand withering, and nearly all unfounded Democrat/media charges. She didn’t run for reelection as a result and the Dems took her office).

Nebraska - Kay Orr (1987-1991) (Upside, became the first GOP woman elected Governor in the nation. Downside, got caught unawares when she was taken down by Ben Nelson in 1990. Virtually forgotten today. Is 69 years old).

New Jersey - Christie Todd Whitman (1994-2001) (Upside, managed to become only the 2nd Republican elected to a statewide office in 20 years. Downside, proceeded to willfully destroy the Republican party and Conservative movement in her state. Eviscerated commanding legislative GOP numbers that were reduced to a minority after she left office and haven’t recovered from. Takes great delight in attacking Conservatives. An utter embarrassment as the EPA. All in all, the epitome of RINO incompetence and a GOP saboteur).

Ohio - Nancy Putnam Hollister (1998-1999) (Upside, comes from the key state of Ohio. Downsides, was only just an interim figure when Voinovich retired after his Senate election. Couldn’t win a House race against Ted Strickland. Pro-abort and pro-gay marriage. Lost reelection to her legislative seat in 2004 because her Democrat opponent was more Conservative than her)..

Utah - Olene Walker (2003-2005) (Upside, none particularly noted. Downside, age considerations and couldn’t establish a noteworthy record of her own upon succeeding Mike Leavitt. Practically bounced out of office by her own party when she wanted to run again. Turns 78 this year).

As you can see, not a terribly great field to choose from here.
