I don’t want to bet on anything to do with MSNBC. Chris Matthews and Olbermann said that it won’t even be newsworthy unless it is Kay Bailey or Lieberman. That nobody cares about Pawlenty, Ridge, or Romney...if he wants to make real news and rain on Obama’s parade McCain will choose someone out of the lign of sight.

Oh, barf! That’s it. The Republican Party no longer can call itself the home of conservatism. And actually, I don’t think they care one bit. They don’t want people with principles. They’re just like the Dems. All they care about is power and privilege. Sleazeballs.

There are Pawlenty of good reasons to vote for McCain.

And yes, Pawlenty is the vp.

Bonus. Gov. Pawlenty brings both youth and experiance and helps mcCain compete in Minnesota and nearby Iowa/Wisconsin.

Tom Ridge and Tim Pawlenty.

Two uninspired choices, and Ridge would infuriate the base. McCain has a real opportunity here - squandering it on two guys who make Joe Biden look exciting would be a shame.

MSNBC already trashing Pawlenty over the bridge collapse...etc...that nobody has ever heard of him nor cares about him.

I wouldn’t be shocked if it is him the way they were going on about him.

Still, I wouldn’t be surprised. McCain is a liberal pretending to be semi-conservative. I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him.

Pawlenty would be...mediocre at best.

Still hoping for Palin.

Why try to be semi-conservative? Because he wants to be President. He has to appeal to conservatives because of his past actions. Ridge is out. Maybe Pawlenty, but I don’t think so. I think it is Mitt.

50% chance of Romney
25% Cantor
25% Pawlenty

Ridge isn’t even on the radar.

btw they can give the ebay lady White House Chief of Staff or Sec of Commerce. Something where she doesn’t have to be on camera so much.

McCain’s campaign is going to have its hands full keeping this secret through tomorrow, so they do not get accused of manipulating the news cycle on Obama’s night. They will have to put out fake bumper stickers galore for the next 24 hours.
