The remark appeared aimed at the foreign and economic policies of President Ronald Reagan, who was sworn into office in 1981 and was in his third year of governing 25 years ago.

In fairness to Bill Clinton I don’t think he meant to directly target President Reagan.

I believe what he MEANT to say was that he, his wife and The One are lying sacks of feces and deserve to go down the same gutter that John Edwards is currently floating down.

Yes, the RATS do have a “extreme philosophy” problem with -— the Constitution, the law, American core principles, national defense, balanced budgets, reduced spending and taxation, freedoms and individual rights, ethics, morality, honesty, fidelity and really anything other than their own empowerment....yes, these are VERY EXTREME conservative issues that they just cannot tolerate in their agenda of radical socialism, burning the Constituion and the destruction of anything that relates to the empowerment of the INDIVIDUAL.

And that ‘Extreme Philosophy’ led to one of the most lopsided elections in the history of the States...

Ha! I'll have you know that my extremism goes back at least to Goldwater. "I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. Let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."

Extreme Philosophy being the idea that the government shouldn’t provide everything for everyone and letting people keep more than half of their money?

This is why I despise this man... the exact opposite is true.

One one hand we have a nominee who votes with the opposition half the time, on the other a nominee who consorts with domestic terrorists & crazy black racists.

You make the call.

Actually the extreme philosopy of the Democrat party goes back to Marxism. The Terror wing of the Democrat party, the KKK goes back to the civil war.

BHO is the get even with whitey candidate.

I enjoyed the part of his speech where he said "Barak Obama is ready to 'honor the oath' of president of the United States" and not Barak Obama is ready to 'LEAD.'"

Just a little swipe, but it's there. Never did hear him say anything about leading and Obama. Of course I couldn't stomach the whole speech, so...

Nothing extreme about the policies of President Reagan. Nothing extreme about the Founders original intent. Nothing extreme about a limited federal government that keeps taxes low, respects the right to life and promotes a strong defense to protect the people.

Hey Bill, we live in a Republic and we have a Constitution that advances federalism!
