We’re so screwed if it’s not Romney.

Pawlenty up to 80% on Intrade, Romney down to 10%. I knew McCain would probably screw this pick up. Pawlenty is a lightweight.

Pawlenty’s got strengths too. He’s not an exciting choice, but he’s reasonably conservative and doesn’t carry Romney’s “anti-McCain” baggage from the primaries.

Fixed it so it actually makes sense from a conservative perspective.

“Were so screwed if its not Romney.”
Romney’s mistake was in letting McCain forget the number of Cindy’s real estate investments.
It’s nuts!
Anyway, Obama must be stopped from becoming POTUS, and McCain, warts and all, is the only man who can stop him.

I'm not a Pawlenty fan (just to get that out of the way) - but I just don't understand the enthusiasm for Romney hereabouts. Seriously.
I understood when he became the only Stop-McCain candidate left standing. But beyond that?
To: library user
I have to admit I agree with you. I think Romney would help get McCain elected, because I think a lot of the public go by a persons looks and Romney looks good. Looks the part.
He’s not conservative enough for me but he’s still my pick. Doubt it though, as they say he and McCain don’t get on well.

I would be disappointed if it were Romney... Romney is pro-abortion, pro-gay and a RINO.

Pawlenty is the antiRomney.
Romney had to move to the right to appear conservative.
Pawlenty had to move to the left to appear centrist.
Romneys conservative record suxxors.
Pawlenty has a conservative record (glowbull warming not withstanding).
Pawlenty is a Christian.

This just sounds like it’s a group of reporters there. They are at Pawlenty’s home as a contingency. I’m sure they are all over Romney as well.
