No, sorry...not kidding. Since you were a squid you may be familiar with the Great Lakes Cruise??? Well, he’d been drinking for days, really, and (I dont know what but by that time I doubt that it mattered : )) he’d met a local family in Northern MI (not even going to TRY to spell it but it’s very near Macinack) They were on the way to their home when he got them to stop the car and got out to punch this moose. Fortunately they were not drunk and were able to stop him approaching it. (That story isn’t as good as his one legged midget story) Thankfully he’s been sober for 10 years now : )

That looks like a CST rifle to me. (err, I think the Acronym was CST, ain’t used one in a few years)
Anyhow, the CST is a computerized training program that the Army uses (other branches probably do too) You have a rifle that is and a projection on the wall, and you can use it to simulate a shooting range, or even different scenarios.
Of course, it may not be a CST and I’m completely off my mark :P
He sounds like a very tough man. I remember snowmobiling in northern Maine. After an all-day or all-night ride, I could barely stand up. Your body takes a pounding.
