Taking a look at the stories in the Old Media will show that the Media is turning attack dog ASAP on McCain's choice for vice president, Sarah Palin. Notice the main meme is her supposed "inexperience." Funny how Palin was the VP pick for about 15 seconds before the Old Media went after her "inexperience" while they have yet to hit Barry Obama on HIS inexperience at all and he's been running for president since 2004. We should also note that Palin didn't get the honeymoon that Biden got when his announcement was made. But, the worst is yet to come and the Daily Kos is doing its level best to mine the lowest of lows. In a Kos diary today, it is being alleged that Sarah Palin "faked" the pregnancy of her last child, a baby born with Down's Syndrome. The claim is that it was her teenaged daughter's child, not hers. And, true to form, the Kossacks took that absurd calumny and hate even further in the comments.

It’s not a mental illness. If it were we could all just roll our eyes and shake our heads. But this is a calculated mean, bitter attack by very hateful people. Such is the core of the ‘Rat party.
I'm going to guess some Republican lawyer is going to step in, pro bono, on behalf of the Palin children, and sue Daily Kos out of existence.
This stupid idea was first brought up in DU yesterday shortly after the announcement. Just dumb speculation but true to form I see the idiots are now accepting it as fact. Thats how all the disinformation starts.
I wondwer how long before the MSM picks it up and runs with it.
Those same remarks need to be turned back on Campbell Brown. Be honest; try to be honest. It would be good if it were in a live interview on camera - just once.

I agree though I would wonder why they would feel compelled to hide the daughter's pregnancy if this WERE true. It just makes them look more pro-life even in the wake of 'lapses' in moral judgement.
This business about the little fellow with Down Syndrome may well become a problem for Gov. Palin and Sen. McCain, the Daily Kos garbage notwithstanding. As the father of a now 25 year old with Down Syndrome, I must say that Gov Palin is deluding herself if she thinks she can run for, let alone serve as, VP and be a good mother to a baby and youngster with mental retardation and the health challenges usually presented with it. She may not know it yet, but unless her plan is to “farm out” that baby, her life, the life of her husband and those or her other children have been profoundly changed by this birth...for the better I might add. Gov. Palin, however, seems to have rejected this gift of God in pursuit of her own ego. She’s no example of family values so far as I can see if her brand of Christianity tells her that what she is doing is right, then it is profoundly different from mine!
Boy you got that right! Personally I'm not overly thrilled with the choice...but it sure is fun watching the them unravel and show how unintellectual they really are!
