In WA State, the left is in complete control of the government, they have redrawn congressional districts to tie rural areas with urban development areas so that the rural votes are overwhelmed by the high density urban liberals.

They (the libs in control) have determined that whoever controls the water, controls the people. So, even though it rains all the time in WA State, we have strict usage controls on both drinking water and storm water, under the guise of saving the salmon because the Indians were given fishing rights. The courts have ruled repeated in favor of the Indians, changing the intent of the the Indian fishing rights from as much fish as they need to all the fish they can catch and the same for the water rights. The state government sides with the Indians because they can use the Indian rights to stop growth, yes stop, not just control.

The state legislature even tried to pass a law making it illegal to place a rain barrel or cistern on your property without a permit from the department of ecology, saying that if the water was allowed to run, it might run off your property and on to someone elses, then it wouldn’t be your water. In my county, you are not allowed to do ANYTHING on your own property that is not specifically spelled out in the county code, including things like adding a windmill for power.

These so-called green jobs with the state or county only pay between 23,000 - 33,000 a year, and require a college degree.

Look, I speak from Georgia with strong ties to the state of Alabama. Ya may want to make fun of us for some things but at least we don’t regulate who can pi$$ in a barrel and when!!

Well, it all begins with the public schools and the state run colleges and universities. The state has been Democrat forever, mostly. Then the libs got control in the legislature too. They redrew all the congressional districts to tie the rural areas with the liberal urban areas and even cut the county into long ribbons to make sure that there were no pockets of conservatism left, after the conservative areas tried to break away and form their own county. They have the judges firmly under control.

Then a guy who lived in the rural area got together with the radical enviro group from Seattle, who poured money into his campaign, spending more than twice what anyone had ever spent on a county council race and he fooled people into voting for him.

They have used the Indians and granted them exceptional rights, including exclusive gambling rights without any taxation, unlimited water rights, unlimited fishing rights and they are about to give them unlimited hunting rights.
Much of this is done by executive order of the governor, who won her election on the third count, when extra ballots were brought in by her friends from ACORN.

Then the prosecutor refused to bring charges of election fraud because he said that there was no evidence of a conspiracy that would justify RICO charges. Nevermind that election fraud doesn’t necessitate RICO charges. Then when the justice department fired the prosecutor, the Democrats called it partisan politics. Three ACORN officials did plead guilty and go to jail, but the election still stood. She won by 186 votes.

By the way, she’s running again and Michelle Obama has been out here campaigning for her. She says that she and Obama will work well together. Probably so, since Obama used to work for ACORN.
