Fox News should replace Colmes with Kristen Powers. It’s becoming more and more painful to watch him.

Smart Jews (ie Jews who aren’t registered Democrats) know that the vast majority of the anti-semitism in America comes from blacks and Muslims. And how many of those are in the Republican Party? Not many.

As some one else mentioned, I think Alan’s job is to be the ‘other’ view. The better he ‘plays’ it, the more viewers, the more money.
Most of his response to Hannity’s questions or ‘guests’ opinions, is pre-written in outline form, and he is told to say them, or find a new job.
The problem with putting on a costume all the time, as that sooner or later you ‘become’ the costume.
Alan was so used to most dems soaking up any ‘hits’ he made on Republicans, Republican guests, or Hannity, that he thought they would follow him.....into the fire(so to speak).
Now his costume is on fire, and there’s no one around to put it out.

This calls out Fox News. I sent a copy of this earlier to O’Reilly.

There should be a thread entitled: “Fox News: Will You Correct Alan Colmes?”
Pandering to the DU and Moveon looks to be his goal, Fox's handling of the issue does not mirror their control on Colmes on air.
Fox has been a big disappointment in the past few years, so much for fair and balanced.
I would invest my money in that being precisely the reasoning for Colmes being this nasty. I, for one, do not want her to replace him. Colmes does a really poor job for the liberals so I like him.
Powers has sat in for him a few times and the numbers probably are better when she is on and viewers write in to say how well they like her. Colmes knows this and therefore is trying to be Olbermann to get conservatives mad, thus increasing his ratings.
If Hannity had said something as vile about Hillary or Chelsea, he would have been off the air the next day. It will be telling to see whether Combs is back on the air on their next live show (which I assume will be tomorrow). Most likely this will get buried and Fox will just pretend it didn't happen.
I know that in my life I’ve said quite a few things that I immediately regretted. The wonder of the internet is that it gives a person with a normal dose of common sense to REVIEW what they are writing before it is filed away for all to see.

I can’t believe I read the whole thing! The funniest posts were the moonbats trying to defend Colmes.
I wrote a snotty, but grammatically correct and clean email to Colmes once calling him out on something. He wrote me back and called me oblivious. I kept it a long time as a badge of honor.
