Hmmmmmmm. If the interstate electoral compact that the libs are so hot about was in effect for candidate selection, Hillary would have won in a landslide. Isn't that their mantra, the winner of the popular vote takes all.
I guess libs are very easy to understand when you multiply whatever they say by -1. It is amazing how often that works.
